RECOMMENDED DOSE: Children (1-9 years): Take 1 scoop once per day.
Adolescents (9-18 years): Take 2 scoops once per day. Mix Protein Multi for Kids well in 1 cup (250 mL) with liquid (water, juice, milk, etc.) or smoothies.
